		<description>I&#039;ve noticed the same thing about blogging and Facebook. It&#039;s almost as if Facebook has killed the personal blog--even my own! Very few of my friends post on their blogs anymore. There&#039;s some downside to it, though. For one, since most Facebook pages aren&#039;t private, there&#039;s no way to meet people that you aren&#039;t really &quot;friends&quot; with. I have several blogs that I visit who are &quot;Internet only&quot; friends; we&#039;ve never actually met in person. And, I met them through their blogs. If they were only using Facebook, I would&#039;ve never met them. Also, the archiving/searching of Facebook is horrible/non-existent. &quot;Where are those photos I posted three months ago?&quot; Good luck finding them.</description>
